Making Apple Cider

The sky this morning was pink and calm after a storm last night.

Here we are  adding the apples while Bob is grinding them.

Now for the press

Pouring it into bottles.

Joseph became an Eagle scout.

We are so proud of him.
Here he is receiving his award from his dad.
He presented me with a mother's pin,

dad with a father's pin,
and Bob Jones with a mentor pin.

Durango

This is Tommy's new home while in Colorado. The group can park  at this farm and store their stuff here when they are not out on the trail.
This is his view while on the trail.
Sometimes on his days off he gets to go to cool places like the San Juan National park.  It's elevation is 12,000 feet.
During his last time off he stayed at a hostel in Silverton.  A super cool, old small town in Colorado.
I can't wait to hear where he goes and what he does next.

Now he is packing up and heading to Durango Colorado for a new adventure.
He is off...
His trip was a bit stressful because he car had a couple of problems but the bright spot

Good Luck Tommy!
